Seekom account manager to setup for you (in which case a fee of $25* + gst
applies and you will still need to complete step 1).

Add Venere as an ODN agent in Seekom iBex
* Select 'Regd' Users from the 'User Maint' menu.
* Scroll down and click
'New' button.
* Select Venere as a 'Seekom ODN Agent'
* Click 'Save' button (towards bottom of screen)

Instructions to
setup XML agent control panel for Venere follow:
* Select 'Property' from the 'Admin' menu
* Scroll down and click 'XML Agents' button
Remote Service Control Panel screen will open

At 'Available
Services' field select Expedia Venere

Check 'Enabled'

Enter Remote Property ID (as
supplied by Venere).

This is only relevant if you will be mapping a single room type from iBex
to multiple room types at Venere.

Stay Handling' as required.
Venere cannot receive multiple stay duration prices for a single room type.
Relevant options for Venere are:
First Available - if you are setting up one to one room type mapping
only and merely wish Venere to operate to lowest min stay pricing.
Specific Minstays - if you wish to map a specific min stay duration
pricing to Venere and/or will be mapping one room type in Ibex to multiple
at Venere.

Complete each
room mapping row as follows:
Remote room ID - enter as obtained in step 9
Rate Name - Select as required
Request - we recommend this is set as 'Unavailable'
To map an iBex room type to further room types at Venere click '+'

Check 'Re-Synch
on Save' and click 'Save' button

Wait a few
minutes and click 'View Log' hyperlink (coloured blue)

IMPORTANT: Venere receives base
room rate only from Seekom and does not support extra/adult child pricing.
We recommend you either limit your max guests in rooms in Venere setup to
match Seekom base rate guest count, or create new room rate prices within
Seekom to map to Venere.
Base 1 pax rates from Seekom not transmitted to Venere unless max guest
count in rate is also 1. Where room holds more than 1 person and base rate
in Seekom is 1, the 2 person rate will be transmitted to Venere.
After any extensive
modification of your rates/prices within iBex it
is recommended you perform a full re-synch to Venere
