If you are registered with booking.com you can now automate availability, rates and bookings by interfacing your iBex account (Channel Manager, Online Plus and PMS plans only) to booking.com. Click here for more information on listing with booking.com.
V3 users click here for alternative connection instructions.
Set up the connection yourself using our self help instructions below or click here to request your Seekom account manager to setup for you (in which case a one off fee of $25* + gst applies). If requesting setup by your Seekom account manager you will still need to complete step 1 below.
* Fee may vary if service provided by a Seekom reseller.
Notes:
Booking.com requires gross rates to be provided.
Base room rate only is transmitted to booking.com. Any changes to extra/adult child prices must be maintained directly at booking.com.
If you wish to transmit a single rate (or a base room rate for just one person) to booking.com, then the rate in Seekom iBex must be set to a minimum and maximum of 1 person.
By default booking.com does not activate single use room rates - this will have to be requested of booking.com if required.
You must notify booking.com how you require to receive notification of cancellation of any bookings made at booking.com prior to interface to Seekom iBex.
Booking.com will generate an enquiry to Seekom iBex for amendments to bookings which you will need to action manually.
